CORPORATE CHEF
Zoltán Danó
He has started the profession at late Duna InterContinental under Gyula Gullner’s and József Földes’s hands. He worked as head chef at titled restaurant of Budapest like Képíró Restaurant, Kogart House and Bock Bistro Pest. He worked without salary at Michelin 3-star L’Arpege with Alain Passard. He competed in Czifray competition series and the competitions of Tradition and Evolution. He is a member of Hungarian Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bocuse d’Or Hungary and Pannon Gastronomic Academy. Since January 2017, he has been managing the kitchens of our group and also the gastronomic activity in cooperation with the manager of Castan Group. He is also obsessed with a civilian cuisine because he has received the basics from his mother’s family stove.
